New Haven the city of Gold for his Mayor who is a republican who use people of colors to do hardworking stuff around the city with the help of the police striking every poc who refused to work on constructions sites. The Mayor listened a "prophecy" from his counselors that a young poc male will liberate every poc from this so he started taking all the poc babies from their families until a women with the help of her children leave her baby in front of the Mayor's house when his sister took the baby has her own and give him the name of Morgan. Many years later the boy grow up alongside his "cousin" Randall whom he have a great relationship but the two fight for the love of the Police Commissionner Nevaeh.
