Description of Harvey Grissom:
An elderly man who appears at the former Lawson home to ominously warn the YouTubers that it's a place with a bloody history, having been a former resident of the suburban neighborhood who witnessed some of the massacre back in the 50s from his bedroom window as a young boy. Naturally, he's mostly brushed off until it's too late.
