Fan Casting Evil Con Carne

Hector Con Carne was a rich man who had it all, but had many rivals. His world came crashing down when he was caught in an explosion. Thankfully, his brain (and stomach) somehow managed to survive the explosion, and were transplanted into the body of a bear. Years later, he plans for world domination, but his equipment is constantly being destroyed and salvaged by small blue creatures known as Smurfs for their own survival. Now Con Carne decides that enough is enough and hires the Smurfs main enemy, a Wizard named Gargamelto help him wipe out these Blue Bastards
