Robert Charles Barone (born April 6, 1957) is the first-born child of Frank and Marie Barone. He is the older brother of Raymond Barone. Growing up, Robert was bitter and depressed, as his mother constantly favored and even preferred Ray over him whilst his father abused both boys, but was always meaner to Robert. And his mother's neglect even caused his subconscious chin habit, as while his mother would wipe the food Ray's chin (a thing she used to do to Robert before he was born), Robert started touching the food to his chin before he ate it. In his elementary school play, his mother tried to put different pants on him (as his got ruined) during the time he was onstage.
