Synopsis

Set in a future where humans and AutoReiv androids coexist peacefully until a virus gives the robots self-awareness, causing them to commit a series of murders. Inspector Re-L Mayer is assigned to investigate, discovering there is a more complicated plot behind it that involves a humanoid species known as "Proxy" who are the subject of secret government experiments. This is one of the best cyberpunk anime in the 2000s (at least in 2006) please i hope you guys cast the right actors for the characters.

Description of Proxy One (Voice ):

Proxy One is the main antagonist. He is the one behind the events of the entire film and also calls Vincent his shadow. As far as Proxies go, Proxy One is considered to be the strongest fighter of all 300 Proxies that were created by the Proxy Project.
