Story Plot
Set in a parallel version of 1930s New York City, known as the Empire State, the story follows private detective Rad Bradley. When a simple missing-persons case turns into a complex conspiracy, Rad uncovers a reality-bending secret: the Empire State is an artificial, pocket-universe version of Manhattan, created during a battle between two superpowered beings. As he navigates a world of gangsters, corrupt officials, and mysterious figures, Rad must uncover the truth behind the city's origins before it collapses. The novel explores themes of identity, reality, and the nature of power.
