After the events of the first movie, the band of rogues is released from prison by Dr Alchemy in order to take revenge on Flash, now with a new lineup of rogues and with metahuman abilities granted by Alchemy, Barry must defeat them again with help from iris's nephew who received powers in the last movie and will be in training this time.
