Story Plot
What if Adam Sandler had made Duplex with his production company? A writer named Alex and his girlfriend, Nancy, move into a spacious apartment in Brooklyn, New York. The elderly woman who lives upstairs seems to be a sweet neighbor, but quickly her constant demands and accidents ruin Alex and Nancy's attempts to have the perfect home.
