Android 8 is a creation of the Red Ribbon Army. Despite his large and fearsome appearance, 8 is actually a gentle giant who’s a pacifist to boot. Because he detests violence, he rebels against the Red Ribbon Army and assists Goku in rescuing the mayor of Jingle Village. He soon takes a liking to Goku, even calling him his best friend. Even though he doesn’t like to fight, he will retaliate if angered enough. This is shown when he saw Goku injured by a super powered bullet shot by General White, and as a result, punches White into the air and very far away. Android 8 currently resides in Jingle Village.
