An animated movie
A whimsical adaptation of Dr. Seuss’s “If I Ran the Circus”. Liberties will be taken to increase the number of female characters. Morris and Mindy create a circus in Mr. Sneelock’s lot. And the animals come down from the hills and forests to partake.
