After controlling S.H.I.E.L.D as director, Victor Von Doom shuts down S.H.I.E.L.D and takes their recourses and creates his own military and his own Kingdom. Meanwhile Reed Richards and Tony Stark are planning to stop him by sending in soldiers to infiltrate Doom's new Kingdom, Latveria.
