The year is 1983, a scientist named Sven Larsen joins up with the Brotherhood Of Evil, who are allied with the Soviet Union from within the United States. When the CIA find about this secret, Ronald Reagan asks Niles Caulder, who has a group of heroes who are specialized in the strange.
