Story Plot
Receiving a call from UNIT, the Doctor and Bertie return to Earth to find that in their absence, Oliver Griffiths - better known as the Rogue - has become Prime Minister. As the Doctor begins on a journey which takes her to her very end, something is very strange about the planet Earth they arrive on.
