Long ago, on the coast of England, in the town of Dymchurch, there was a man of mystery. Uncatchable, lawless, they called him The Scarecrow. From the nearby marshes, he would ride to bedevil and laugh at the servants of the king, smuggling money and goods to the villagers that lived in the area. But who's was the face behind the mask of the Scarecrow of Romney Marsh? Join us as we explore the adventures of Doctor Syn.

This is pretty cool, although I've never heard this character

@comicfan2099 The character originates from a series of novels by Russell Thorndyke. Disney made a serial starring Patrick McGoohan which you can find on YouTube to watch if you like
