Story Plot
Healer Rosemary Pottinger reflects on her issues with the Games and motherhood as she struggles to be there for her family, friends, and patients in the aftermath of the reaping for the Second Quarter Quell. Meanwhile, her daughter Alyssa grows close to Garrett Everdeen, a mysterious and musical boy from the Seam who has recently suffered a loss himself.
