After the death of her dad, and moving to a new city with her mom, and new stepdad Pat to Blue Valley a highly advanced city. Courtney discovers Pat’s robot Stripes, and the cosmic staff that learning that her dad is the hero Starman it’s up to Courtney with the help of Stripes, and her new friends Yolanda, Rick, and Beth they become a superhero team to find the one that killed her dad as Courtney becomes Stargirl.
