1964, at the New York World’s Fair, Japan's beloved animation god Osamu Tezuka met Walt Disney one day to ask if they could work on a movie together. Walt was open to it until 2 years later when he died unexpectedly. What if Walt hadn't passed away and collaborated with Tezuka to make an animated motion picture? This is how I envision the film!
