Original idea
A potential Netflix/Hulu/ABC original comedy series focusing on an African-American man who loves disco, so that he can create his own discothèque called the Boogie Down Discothèque for people to enjoy, until one person opened a rival club called The Rockin' Roller Rink. The whole entire series took place in 1973 through 1979.
