Description of Hugo Khan:
Hugo Khan is the elusive and mysterious emperor of Chandara. Since he is not often seen in public, his citizens don't always agree on what form he takes—human or dinosaur—and there are many legends about him. (SPOILERS: Hugo Khan is revealed to be a Microraptor.)
