Synopsis

Some time after the events of RoboCop 3, Donald Johnson, acting head of the recovering OCP, uncovers an experiment involving a radical field: alternate universes. Upon a successful test, Johnson comes into contact with three unlikely allies: cult leader Ra's al Ghul; crime boss Wilson Fisk, a.k.a. the Kingpin; and alien criminal Christella Revi. This alliance forces RoboCop to look for help, including two vigilantes and an impulsive alien police officer -- as well as create other problems when two men learn about this and feel slighted.

Description of The Joker:

The archenemy of the Batman, the Joker feels slighted when he learns of Batman's alliance with a spider-themed vigilante, a cyborg police officer, and an alien officer; the multiversal conspiracy they're investigating -- and the fact that said conspiracy made sure to leave him out of it. Seeking revenge for this, the Joker hijacks a similar device and forms an alliance with Norman Osborn, a corrupt business and madman known as the Green Goblin.
