Story Plot
A elseworld story in the 90s about a boy who steals a h dial from an office of a pawn shop and uses it to call the police moments later during a bank robbery that happens nearby him but after transforming into a superhero it alerts all members of a cult made up of past users of the h dial and they’re after him.
