When The Weapon X Program is revived in North Korea, this bats multiple eyes, but Deadpool takes notice when he learns that they’re using his organs to create new mutants, he decides to go and kick some oriental communist... you get the idea. But he also teams up with both Wolverine and Captain America to fight them, and also gets both help and hindrance from a group known as the Morlocks, a group of mutants who are also outcasts from society.
