Wade Wilson and his friends arrive in earth 616 after Wade accidentally sends them to another universe, after they arrive, they start to meet alternate versions of themselves from different universes. All these conflicts within the multiverse summons the attention of Doctor Strange, he’s very confused about Deadpool. So Wade, his friends, Doctor Strange and the alternate versions of themselves team up to defeat X-24, a clone of someone from Wades past.
