Story Plot

Teenage Kara Zor-El needs to find her place in the universe and watching over her adult baby cousin isn't what she was meant to do. Traveling to the stars in search of any fragment of her old life, she finds herself embroiled in the political machinations of the sisters Fire with even deeper implications to the end of Krypton

    The narrative focus of the story is Supergirl being driven by a premonition of the Kryptonian Goddess Flamebird leading her to where the creature has taken refuge on Tamarean. She adventures alongside an amnesiatic Lor Zod and Alanna of Ran a kyrptonian archeologist. Flamebird is being imprisoned within a mortal vessel that is the former Queen of Tamarean. In an effort to free her she learns of a conspiracy by the Tamraneans to gain Kryptonian abilities. Kara alongside a defiant Starfire is able to save the Flamebird and bring peace ott he Queen of Tameran but in the end of the conflict Kori is exiled for high treason. She gains her starfire abilities in teh aftermath of the conflict. Lor-Zod becomes the Nightwing and departs for the unknown to guide the Flambird towards a rebirth of Krypton. Maxima is revealed to be an age old kryptonian criminal and one of its most dangerous whose actions spurred the destruction of the planet.
