Description of Tempest (Garth):
A student of the Atlantean Mage College, Garth becomes embroiled in the Mage Uprising at the hands of Aurion and Poseidon and allies with Kaldur and Orin to bring peace to Atlantis. Imprinted with power as the champion of Poseidon, he chooses to use his new gifts to be a hero and begins working alongside Aquaman as his "Aqualad"
