Superman has become a hero once again to the residents of Metropolis. He finds out that Lois is pregnant and is absolutely thrilled and more terrified than ever. He balances out his regular and super life while infuriating the billionaire Lex Luthor, who considers the hero a threat to his city. Despite this, there has been a rise in not only crime but also superhuman activity as many with such powers act good and evil. However, Superman faces off against a hulking monster named Doomsday -- a foe that Superman was all too familiar with, but never knew he existed.
