Story Plot
Edmund Dorrance II, a 28 year-old prisoner at Peña Duro Penitentiary, escapes from the hell he had been forced into only to find his home, Gotham City, struggling under the weight of its criminal underworld. Vowing to set things right, he transforms himself into the embodiment of fear the mob has instilled into the people of Gotham.
