Synopsis

The story follows a depressed and broken Richard Grayson struggling to deal with the death of Bruce Wayne. He grapples with the matter of his identity. Grayson ultimately is inspired to take up the mantle of Batman, after the ailing Alfred is murdered by Scarecrow. Grayson faces old and new enemies, and makes new allies, as he learns what it means to be Batman.

Edward feels robbed by the fact he never got to face the Batman. Now with Batman dead, Edward struggles to find opponents worthy of a challenge. He decides to make such a hostile city that someone new will be forced to step up and replace Batman.
