Synopsis

It has been a week and a half since Surge and Kit were rescued from Starline's control, and now the two get to live ordinary lives with Surge finding her mother, and Kit being adopted by the Prowers. But now Starline is having an old enemy hunt them down: Mimic the Octopus! Starline wants to revive the plan of rebuilding the Eggman Empire, and he hired Mimic to distract Surge, Kit, and the Diamond Cutters from it. Surge and Kit will team up once again to find Starline and take revenge, but soon Surge will learn revenge is not the way to resolve things. Team Dark will return, set on a mission by GUN to arrest Starline and Mimic. Surge, Kit, and the two teams find Starline and Mimic and bring them to justice. But Starline's trusted Robotnik A.I. system has other plans. Something that will be nerve-racking for everyone in the Dawnverse!

Kit is like a little bro to Surge. So, it justifies her and Amadeus' reasoning to fight him. Both Kitsunami and Tails have been tied up to a chair by Starline as hostages and bait. During the battle, a spark had flung onto a rug next to them and the two were gagged, so they couldn't blow it. Then, Starline had kicked Amadeus through a wall into the burning room where his boys are, and untied them. Then the fire gets worse, but then Kit used his water-manipulation to put them out! Now it's Surge and Kit, with Tails and his dad, against Starline who had Badniks assisting him.
