Surge may look like an electric maniac, but she’s actually a six year old tenrec girl tortured to become 16 in a matter of minutes by Starline, who kidnapped her and a small fennec later named Kitsunami. Surge was experimented on and was given the power to control and harness electricity. The pain also gave her some anger issues, and was so blinded by rage she didn’t know Starline was the enemy. Starline gave her and Kit a mission: destroy Sonic and his friends until they all burn.
