Surge is fast as the speed of light, and can harness and control electricity, and Kitsunami can manipulate water. Both have proven to be a challenge to Sonic and his friends, and even might be more powerful than Shadow! Description of Mysterious Robotnik A.I. (The A.I. that helps Starline):

The A.I. system Starline found after Eggman’s death grows more suspicious each time we see him. When Sonic, Amy and Tails are in a computer room, the A.I. saved them from traps behind Starline’s back. For a guy with many voice actors voicing him, the Robotnik A.I. has a single personality. But the list of voice actors get smaller and smaller each time he grows in knowledge and power being on Starline’s side. Sonic asked the A.I. “Okay, Evil Jarvis. Why are you helping us?” The Robotnik A.I. says “I need Starline out of the picture. And I want to destroy you myself. But those will come in time. You must go.” As the team leaves, their suspicions about that system grow even more.
