Synopsis

Starline has returned, and now he’s not alone. He experimented on two innocent children and tortured them into cyborgs, becoming the powerful duo known as Surge the Tenrec and Kitsunami the Fennec! Surge is fast as the speed of light, and can harness and control electricity, and Kitsunami can manipulate water. Both have proven to be a challenge to Sonic and his friends, and even might be more powerful than Shadow! Will Sonic still keep his title as the fastest thing alive, or will Surge give him a “shocking” reality check?

Description of Post Credits Scene (A partnership between two maniacs):

Mimic was hiding in a secluded place away from civilization so he could recoil after everything that happened in Dawn of the Diamond Cutters. He’s now a wanted fugitive on the run. Suddenly, he gets a call on the landline. He picks it up. It was Starline. He tells Mimic that he has a proposition for a Mobian of Mimic’s profession. A massive killing spree. Mimic’s interest is piqued. Starline says “Your first targets are Surge the Tenrec and Kitsunami the Fennec.” Mimic says “When do I start?”
