Synopsis

Starline has returned, and now he’s not alone. He experimented on two innocent children and tortured them into cyborgs, becoming the powerful duo known as Surge the Tenrec and Kitsunami the Fennec! Surge is fast as the speed of light, and can harness and control electricity, and Kitsunami can manipulate water. Both have proven to be a challenge to Sonic and his friends, and even might be more powerful than Shadow! Will Sonic still keep his title as the fastest thing alive, or will Surge give him a “shocking” reality check?

The A.I. has now the capability to transfer from one monitor to the other whenever and wherever it wants. The system had been building something behind Starline’s back. It continues to synchronize its voice until it sounds exactly like Eggman himself. What is this thing? What is it building? What is it hiding from everyone else? Only the next installment will not only change everything, but also reveal the mysterious A.I.’s biggest secret.
