Synopsis

Silver the Hedgehog, and his sister Venice, return to their time to find it restored to beyond what they've dreamed for a peaceful future. But there was one problem: Mammoth Mogul has disappeared after Iblis' destruction and Mephiles' defeat. Together, they must team up with Silver's crush Blaze, her sister Marine, and the entirety of Team Sonic to search for him. But Silver will have to meet debuting allies such as the Freedom Fighters, and face enemies new and old, including Dr. Robotnik's new mercenaries the Babylon Rogues, the returning Eggman Nega, and the invincible Enerjak all in efforts to find Mammoth Mogul and defeat him. But Mogul has found a being that is beyond time and space itself that could help him make the timeline how he wants it: the Time Eater!

Description of The Time Eater:

A being beyond time and space itself. A demonic creature that can open and manipulate different points in time, and sucks life out of whoever its victim is. Only the speed of a hedgehog (whether it be Sonic or Silver) and the Chaos Emeralds can restore time. Mogul found it and thought he could use it to reshape the timeline to his making, twisting past, present, and future to one where he or Robotnik are kings.
