Taking place sometime after Scoob!, the villainous duo, Dick Dastardly and Muttley find themselves allying with their former Wacky Race rivals to prevent the Hooded Claw and a dangerous band of villains from stealing Penelope Pitstop’s family fortune. Description of Suyin Iwao (née: Chikao-Ohtsuka) (Keiko’s late mother):

Suyin was Keiko’s loving mother, an former exchange student during Dick Dastardly’s teenage years though she was in kindergarten. She died from a car accident during a hazardous snowstorm along with her husband, rendering Keiko an orphan. It’s later revealed that Dastardly liked Suyin for not only her beauty, but her strength, and gave her a necklace (which later Keiko wears) as his only gift of love.
