Darkwing Duck is suddenly called upon by the secret spy organization, S.H.U.S.H., as they tells him that his old foe, Taurus Bulba, is helping the evil terrotist team, F.O.W.L., in a help to take over the world. Now, Darkwing steps up in a new adventure to take down Bulba once and for all
