Seven-year-old Libby’s mother (Patty) and two sisters (Michelle and Debby) are brutally murdered in their farmhouse. Terrified, young Libby testifies that her 16-year-old brother, Ben Day, is the killer, leading to his life sentence in prison. Now in her 30s and completely broke, Libby is approached by the "Kill Club"—a true-crime society that pays her to re-examine the case because they believe Ben is innocent.
