After the events of No Way Home and New Avengers, Norman Osborne was trapped into Peter Parker (Tom Holland)'s universe. Norman accidently discovered an superteam called The New Avengers. Norman's personality disorder takes over, as the Green Goblin side of Norman gives him an idea: Create a team of his own. An team of villians, called the Dark Avengers.
