For some time, lawyer Matt Murdock has had a double life-- in the day, he works the courtroom with his partner Foggy Nelson with their law firm of Nelson & Murdock, but at night, he stalks the streets of San Francisco as Daredevil! Now, Matt must face something from his past-- the forces of the assassin guild, the Hand, whom his mentor Stick had once worked with, as they seek to test Daredevil and recruit him for their ranks.
