Danny Fenton/Danny Phantom is in for the battle of his life when his father Jack Fenton and some of the Fenton Works Employees have been taken prisoner by Vlad Masters/Vlad Plasmius, Skulker, Nicolai Technus, and several others who have allied with a evil group known as the brotherhood of evil mutants. After coming back to Fenton Works he and Tucker Foley along with Sam manson (also Jazz), head over to the School for gifted youngsters and meet the X-Men of Operation: Jean Grey, Bobby Drake/Iceman, Kurt Wagner/Nightcrawler, and Ray Crisp/Berzerker, who tell them about the mastermind Magneto behind the plan. So, they must work together to save the other X-Men and the fenton operatives stop those who are evil and save the world.
