Story Plot

After the Darkseid War, Victor has been helping the Justice League over time with destroying technology from Apokolyps. But the government has been confiscating Darkseid's weapons and using them for their own advantages. They hire and ex marine who lost his limbs in the Darkseid War and are offering him a chance to walk again if they capture Cyborg for the government, who want's to make him a weapon.
