Fan Casting Cyber Watch

In The Far Future, 2256 to be exact, Ben Lawrence is a rookie cop who takes down regular old fashion bad guys, until one day on an assignment with his partner, Lawrence find an arm made out of Cobalt, Ben realizes once you put it on you are able to see the events before they happen, Ben upgrades the arm and uses it to protect his fellow police officers.
