Set in the 30's on the isles of Inkwell Isles where all cartoon hang out and have fun, the film centers on the siblings Cuphead, Mugman and Ms. Chalice who enjoyed having fun and doing wacky pranks while being taking care of by the Elder Kettle. One day the came across a mysterious casino and decided to enter the place to win some money, but once they enter they discover that the casino is run by the dastardly and nefarious Devil. Now the trio must saved their and the town lifes from the Devil evil plan.
