Lucas bateman is a normal boy, very introverted, however, his brother is the opposite. Nicolas is practically a thief, it's as if he's in his blood. And so it is. After a vacation, the Bateman family returns home to find it in tatters. Charlie and Natalie's past comes to light, and they are forced to tell their children the truth.
