The Evil Twins lurk around the corridors of Kong Studios, normally outside the toilets. They have appeared in the "Rock the House" music video, Murdoc's winnebago key video from the self-titled CD, and the "Lil' Dub Chefin'" video. They are probably based on the twins from the 1980 movie, "The Shining".
