After Gotham falls into chaos, Clownhunter wages a brutal one man war against the criminals who terrorized his city. Haunted by the loss of his family, he begins hunting the Joker's remaining followers with a homemade mask and improvised weapons. But when a mysterious conspiracy connects Gotham's street gangs to a far greater threat, Clownhunter is forced to question the difference between justice and vengeance. As Batman tries to stop him, Clownhunter must decide whether he will become Gotham's next protector or the very monster he swore to destroy.
