Fan Casting Mister Negative in Cloak & Dagger

Mister Negative will be the villain for Cloak & Dagger season 3. He runs F.E.A.S.T. and meets Cloak and Dagger for the first time when F.E.A.S.T. goes to Louisiana to help after a hurricane hits the state. F.E>A.S.T. helps by giving food, water, shelter, and other things to the people that were effected by the hurricane.
