Story Plot

Political pressure mounts to install a system of accountability when the actions of the Avengers lead to collateral damage. The new status quo deeply divides members of the team. Captain America believes superheroes should remain free to defend humanity without government interference. Iron Man sharply disagrees and supports oversight.

@megaty777 On the final battle, Steve and Tony stop fighting. Suddenly, Zemo shoots Steve in the chest, and Tony watches in horror. Steve falls down in the mist bellow. Enraged, Bucky charges towards Zemo and beats the hell out of home, only to be pulled away by Tony and T'Challa. Tony later finds Steve's shield, and assumes he drowned in the freezing cold water
