Chloe Hauntley is a teenage vampire princess who lives with her parents and two brothers in a vampire-like Transiland. She wants to live in a human city, but her overprotective father stops her from doing so, as humans and vampires are enemies. She doesn't mind, however, and befriends two human teenagers, Mira and Agnes, who continue to protect her. However, the local bully, Spencer, and the snobbish cheerleader, Mallory, don't realize that she is a vampire in human disguise, and Chloe and her friends must keep her vampire form hidden.
