It's been 28 years since the Ultimate Power nearly destroyed the Power of Three. Yet the Charmed Ones came out victorious — and all's been quiet on the Wiccan front since. Too quiet. Of course, they've had some run-ins with evil over the years— goblins, ghosts, warlocks, etc... but no Big Bad. Noone strong enough to stand a chance against the Power of Three, or their growing Halliwell line. Until now...
